The Origin of Batu Putih Square
The Origin of Batu Putih Square
Kampung Batu Putih used to be a hidden village, often called the 'area'jinn kicked' because of thick vegetation and undergrowth. However, as a result of the initiative of 16 community families, this village has turned into a unique tourist destination. The Group Crop Plan Project (RTB) overseen by the Department of Agriculture helps residents harvest mataq coconuts to make sap and young coconut water. This opens up an opportunity for the opening of a community tourism location called Dataran Batu Putih.
