Assalamualaikum and greetings to all readers. This time, I would like to share my memorable vacation experience at Cotton Island which is located in the district Marang, Terengganu. The island is famous for its clean beaches, clear sea water, and a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Pulau Kapas is located about 6 kilometers from Marang beach and is an ideal destination for anyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Time to arrive at Pulau Kapas from Marang Jetty takes around 15-20 minutes by speed boat depending on the weather conditions and also the speed of the boat. Along the way, I was able to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the soothing breeze of the language. Safety jackets are also provided for the safety of tourists.

Upon arrival at Pulau Kapas, I chose to stay at one of the chalets located by the beach. The chalet I chose offers a stunning sea view and a very comfortable atmosphere. Pulau Kapas also offers jungle trekking activities for those who like to explore nature. I took this opportunity to walk around the island and enjoy the refreshing greenery of the forest and the quiet whisper of nature.

The beaches on this island are very clean and suitable for relaxation. I spent time basking in the sun, playing in the sand, and enjoying the amazing beauty of the sunset.

Kayaking is also an interesting option. I had the opportunity to kayak around the island while enjoying the beautiful scenery around. Don't forget to wear a life jacket when doing water activities.

Pulau Kapas also has several restaurants serving local and western food. I tried several dishes such as grilled fish, flour fried octopus, and nasi lemak which was very delicious. There are also stalls selling cold drinks and refreshing young coconuts around the beach.
