Located in Chendering, Kuala Terengganu, and is known as one of the main destinations for traditional Malaysian crafts, especially batik. The Noor Arfa Craft Complex (NACC) is not only a place to make and exhibit batik, but also offers various activities and workshops for visitors to learn about the batik making process. Established in 2007, NACC was inaugurated on 27 June 2008 by His Majesty Al-Wathiqu Billah Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
